Fronted by Ottawa dads and musicians Slo' Tom and Sherwood Lumsden, Hey Buster brings a wildly fun, puppet-powered concert experience to families—mixing catchy, parent-friendly tunes with the silly, slightly gross humor kids love, all wrapped in an energetic, interactive show.

Brunch is available with our kitchen open until 3:00pm. Reservations are strongly suggested—make yours HERE. We are an intimate 85-seat venue, so every seat is a great seat! While we do our best to accommodate all seating requests, they cannot be guaranteed. For the best experience, we recommend making reservations in even numbers (for example, a party of three may be seated with an additional guest). Doors open half an hour before showtime for those who will not be dining with us.
Hey Buster is a Kindie band led by Singer-Songwriter Dads from Ottawa ( Slo' Tom and Sherwood Lumsden) that features a larger-than-life Raccoon puppet called Buster. They perform original songs from three independently released CDs in an interactive show for children ages 3 to 8 and their parents. The songs range from Mom and Dad approved topics like community and public transportation, to what kids really care about: stinky feet, underwear and boogers
